You are invited to attend the AGM, which will be presented as part of a network event that will also see the re-launch of Healthwatch Hull.
When? – On Thursday 25th January 2018 from 10.30am till 3pm with a free buffet lunch and refreshments
Where? -At the Freedom Centre, 97 Preston Rd, Hull, HU9 3QB

Display stands – There will be an opportunity to take a display stand for the event to promote your organisation, however space is at a premium and it will be first come first served. If you would like to book a stand please fill in this form to Book a stand and return it to Ali@nbforum.org.uk no later than 15th January.
