With 20 years’ service under his hat Sergeant Louvain-Walters has tackled some of the most prolific offenders involved in acquisitive and organised crime across our region whilst helping to protecting some of the most vulnerable members of communities.
Whilst tackling organised criminals involved in drug dealing, James worked closely with victims, often young children, who had been forced into or threatened by organised crime groups to traffic or deal drugs for them. He also worked to help safeguard victims of cuckooing.
