Nutrition during the menopause

Join the Menopaus’ull team and personal trainer Carly Killen to talk all things nutrition. As we get older nutrition is vital to us keeping strong and healthy. It’s true what they say, you are what you eat!!

To give you an insight into how to look after yourselves as you enter into the menopause, Carly will cover the following topics:

– How to optimise nutrition for weight and energy management post menopause

– Recommendations for food, calorie and protein requirements along side key micronutrients

-Ideas for how to maximise their energy levels with exercise

– Managing mindset for success and longevity
