Future You is a series of free online workshops for people who run, or are planning to run, their own business across Humber, Coast and Vale.

The programme has been designed specifically for anyone who is struggling with their state of mind, and would like some support to build resilience, gain clarity of purpose and unlock their true potential.

Description: Future You is a series of 3 workshop-style sessions to help you create a new and exciting future life.

The sessions are interactive and help you to transform your life by unlocking the potential that lies within.

This programme is ideal for those who are struggling with their mindset and either have, or strongly intend to have their own business, as the course helps you to achieve a transformation in both areas.

The programme is live so it can be tailored to the specific needs of attendees.
