Parkinson’s UK Tai Chi sessions

Starting from the 30th of April, Parkinson’s UK will be hosting a gentle Tai Chi class from 10am – 11am at the Alf Marshall Community Centre.

At these sessions, Parkinson’s UK Hull & East Yorkshire are providing Tai Chi sessions for anyone with Parkinson’s (or has a disability) for a small price of £3 you’ll have a Tai Chi session and then sit down for a cuppa and a natter afterwards!

So, if you or anyone you know would be interested in attending, feel free to turn up on the day.
