Would you like to help the Humber NHS Foundation Trust improve it’s services?

If you or someone you care for accesses our services and you would like to have your say about the care provided to you the Trust would like to hear from you.

They are striving to have a representative mix of patients and carers of all ages, gender identities, backgrounds and nationalities to join their Patient and Carer Experience Forum. The group will have the opportunity to:

• Help raise the profile of patient and care experience in their services
• Give members and other patients the opportunity to make positive and constructive suggestions about their services
• Participate in improving and developing services in the Trust
