Planned protests in Hull City Centre

We have being made aware of planned protest in Hull City Centre on Saturday the 5^th of October. With groups also planning counter-protests and demonstrations. As you will know, Hull experienced a day of serious riots at the start of August, with city centre businesses and communities across the city affected.

We would like to raise awareness of these anticipated events to ensure communities and VCSE organisations can make informed choices about safety. This might be relevant to organisations that support minority groups, and are based in the city centre, or have staff or volunteers that may be affected.
