Runs for 12 weeks, starting 1st June
- Unique Learning Space for 16-25 year olds
- A mixture of online & offline
- Level 1 / Level 2 City & Guilds Qualification with no exams – practical assessment with minimal coursework
- Activity and Team Building days
- Community Project working with local organisations
- Opportunity for a Work Placement in chosen field
- Volunteer led workshops – Money Management, Interview Skills, Gambling awareness etc.
- Positive Outcomes and destinations – 2 out of 3 participants are in work or further education within 3 months of completion
- Eligibility for £30 per week Bursary to fund travel and other expenses.

Google IT Support Certificate (online)
Who is it for?
Anyone who is 18-30 years old and with a keen interest to work in IT Support.
You will need a laptop/pc with an internet connection to access course content.
Programme Dates
Taster days: 23rd & 24th June
Induction week: 28th June – 2nd July
- The Google IT Support Certificate is a professional certificate developed by Google to support learners to gain a foundation of relevant technical skills to enable them to apply for entry-level IT support roles, such as IT Support Administrator, IT support engineer, website team member or an advisor role within a tech company.
- Learning content is hosted online accessed through Coursera (an online learning platform). Learning is self-directed and self-paced. The programme will be live for 12 weeks with live support provided by the Prince’s Trust.
- We will begin the course with an induction week consisting of 4 workshops hosted on Teams covering an introduction to the learning platform and various soft and employability skills. Following this a monthly check in workshop will be posted alongside regular 1-1 check ins.

DA Awards
Fast-access grants from 16-30 year old. Aimed at helping to remove financial barriers stopping young people progressing to the next step. For example this could be getting an ID for applications, workwear / equipment needed for a course or new job, short-term childcare costs so young person can access a short courses, covering travel costs for interviews or 1st month of work before 1st pay check. This isn’t an exhaustive list, so please do reach out if there is anything you think might help.
