Quit Smoking Training

Delivered by the SmokeFree Hull service, this one hour workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to learn more about behaviour change techniques for smoking:

The content of the training is as follows:

• Assess current and past smoking behaviour [ASK]

• Provide information on consequences of smoking and smoking cessation [ADVISE]

• Provide options for later/additional support [ACT]

• Advise on stop smoking medications [ACT]
