Hours: 35 hours per week (full time), or part time negotiable for right candidate

Location: The Strand, 75 Beverley Road, Hull, HU3 1XL

Are you seeking an opportunity where you can make a difference to vital local causes, charities and communities?

Hull CVS Sector Development team provides direct support to help local causes to start up, and to improve their ongoing effectiveness and sustainability.

They are now recruiting an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to lead on the development and delivery of key service areas. You will help identify needs of the local voluntary and community sector, planning services in response, as well as providing direct one to one support to organisations. You will also lead on the enhancement of the Volunteer Centre and have responsibility for designing and co-ordinating a programme of training for the sector.

You will have strong interpersonal, and communications skills and be able to think creatively.  You should have a flexible approach within the team and you will be required to manage a diverse workload. A commitment to monitoring and evidencing the impact of your work will also be vital.
