Scam HMRC Letter Received By Victims In Humberside
22nd January 2019Hull: New rehearsal space for hire at ScrapStore
23rd January 2019Teenagers arrested for more than 20 different offences in north Hull

Message from Humberside Police:-
Over the past two weeks we have arrested five teenage boys in connection with a number of offences on the Orchard Park estate in Hull.
Following reports in the media about incidents of antisocial behaviour involving groups of youths, we told you earlier this month about the work that our neighbourhood policing teams are doing, and will continue to do in their communities.

We try to avoid criminalising children and always seek alternative solutions such as early intervention, criminal behaviour orders and dispersal orders.
Officers work with the council, businesses, schools, families and community groups to achieve this. But we do know that this type of behaviour can be upsetting and is a concern for people on the estate.
We want to stress that this is a minority of teenagers who are causing problems for the rest of the residents in the area.
This is certainly not what we would recognise as a ‘gang’ culture on the estate which is what has been reported.
The teenagers cannot be named because of their ages, but the details are below. The offences all relate to antisocial behaviour including public order, theft, criminal damage and harassment.
1 x 15 year old boy arrested for 9 offences. Released under investigation for four of them and charged with five. He was given various bail conditions, including a curfew and exclusion from the affected area.
1 x 15 year old boy arrested for 6 offences. Charged to court with conditions.
1 x 14 year old boy arrested for 4 offences. Released under investigation.
1 x 17 year old boy arrested for 3 offences. Released under investigation.
1 x 15 year old boy arrested for 1 offence. Released under investigation.
