Tell Healthwatch about the Day Service you provide

In the past year we have all experienced lots of changes, many of which have been particularly challenging, especially for Autistic people, the wider Learning Disability communities and those who support them.

Healthwatch Hull and Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire have been hearing from people who have been experiencing issues and would like to build a full picture of how life was both before COVID-19, during the last year and expectations moving forward.

They really want to hear of your experiences and your future hopes for the Day Services. By completing the questionnaire you will help them ensure that the people who provide the Day Services in Hull and the East Riding are able to develop a better service to meet your needs.
