Wednesday 8th March is International Women’s Day and there is a celebration with the Hull Headscarf Parade in the city centre. If you cant make it but want to be involved just pop a headscarf on and send a picture into BBC the Burnsy show for 11 am on the day
The event is being organised by Cllr Tracey Henry and BBC Radio Humberside.
It will start at 10.15am in Queen Victoria Square.
All are welcome to join in! It’s going to be a fantastic event.
