Deadline 20th July
Together Women provide support to females with multiple and complex needs and those who face social exclusion. They focus on supporting female offenders and those at risk of offending, because issues such as domestic abuse, mental health and substance misuse can contribute to offending. Together Women have centres in Hull, Sheffield, Bradford, Leeds, New Hall Prison and outreach services in Beverley, Bridlington & Goole.
The aim is to help vulnerable women get their lives back on track and address issues which are linked to offending, domestic abuse and mental health.
This role will be to deliver the ‘Bouncing Back’ programme which is funded via social prescribing. As COVID restrictions ease, the project will support women to access a wide range of services, rebuild their confidence and rebuild their mental health.
Please note this post exempt under section 7 (2) (e) and (f) of The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and therefore open to female applicants only. The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
