Are you seeking an opportunity where you can make a difference to vital local causes, charities and communities and ensure people in Hull have the services they need and want? These aims are at the heart of our work, and we’re looking for people who share our ambitions.
Hull CVS and their partners Forum offer a range of support, advice and guidance to people who run community groups, charities and social businesses. This includes helping people who want to set up new organisation’s, and working with the volunteers, staff, managers and trustees of existing ones. Between them they provide a range of services to hundreds of volunteers, charities and community organisation’s who dedicate their lives to making a difference to local communities across Hull.
Hull CVS are now working in collaboration with Forum to form a partnership service called Sector Connect to deliver a package of services to these organisation’s that will aid their start up, effectiveness and longer term sustainability. As part of this package, they are offering a comprehensive training offer to support these organisation’s in their capacity building and in the skills development of their staff and volunteers.
