Two arrested for money laundering and drugs offences

Working alongside the local Neighbourhood Policing Team, Op Galaxy carried out a misuse of drugs act warrant at a property on Stockleigh Close, Bransholme, on Thursday 3 February.

Upon entering the property, officers discovered a quantity of cash and Class A drugs.

A 24-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of money laundering and possession with intent to supply. Both have since been released under investigation.
