Two men arrested in connection with East Hull burglaries

A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary following three recently reported burglaries on East Hull streets. A second man, 18, has been arrested in connection with two of the three incidents.

A wallet and handbag were reported stolen from a property on Faroes Close at approximately 1am on Thursday 20 August.

The next day, Friday 21 August, a tablet was reported stolen from a property on Winchester Close which is thought to have happened overnight on Thursday 20 August.

On Sunday 23 August, a bank card and phone were reported stolen from a property on Hopewell Road.

They both remain in police custody as enquiries continue.
