People now have more choice of where to get the support they need.  Hull and East Yorkshire Mind provides high quality, caring and personal mental health support; are you the person to help us continue this level of support?

The focus of this role is to support people with mental health difficulties who are in receipt of a personal budget and live in their own accommodation. The post holder will work with people to improve or maintain their wellbeing, overcome barriers and maximise their independence in the community.  Support is delivered either in community settings or in the individual’s own home.  Hours of work may be between the hours of 8.00am until 8.00pm, 7 days per week.

This is an ideal role for someone who wishes to build on their mental health knowledge and experience. There is also the potential for this work to develop into one or more permanent, part-time employed positions.

Applicants must have a full current driving licence, access to their own transport for work purposes and be willing to travel across the East Riding.

Due to the nature of the work, successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
