Volunteering Manager with Hull CVS

This is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Volunteer Manager to lead on new and exciting programmes to develop volunteering in Hull and beyond.

The idea candidate will have a real passion for Volunteering; who is excited about building on the strong foundations already made and taking theses volunteer programmes to the next stage of development.

They are looking for someone who understands best practice and legal frameworks in relation to volunteering, and who can think strategically and creatively, as well as be able to deliver the operational requirements of managing volunteering programmes.

The role will play a key part in local strategic planning and will be the go to person for imparting best practice in volunteering and helping to ensure that all organisations are delivering volunteering programmes to a high standard. You will also have responsibility for overseeing the effective delivery of your own volunteering programmes, including those in partnership with public sector services designed to meet local and national health and social care campaigns.
