Wanted man Simon Hall arrested and charged with eight theft and fraud offences

Following an earlier media appeal, Simon Hall (37) of Wingfield Road, Hull, was arrested when he handed himself in on 20 April.

He was subsequently charged with four counts of theft, two counts of attempted theft and two counts of fraud.  All incidents were reported to have happened in Hull.

He is due to appear at court in Hull on 21 April.
