Take a gentle pause from the busyness of life and join the Menopaus’ull team for an evening of connection, reflection and renewal.

Guided by somatic practitioner Laura Starky, this beautiful Women’s Soulful Circle offers a safe and welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honour the wisdom, challenges and transformation that this season of life can bring.

Through tea, guided reflection, somatic practice and supportive community, you’ll be invited to nourish your mind, body and soul.
