This is a new role developed to ensure HEY Mind’s services which operate 7 days a week are fully resourced to enable them to support people with mental health problems.
You will work closely with managers to monitor these services and be the central point of contact for staff. The post holder will develop and maintain rotas and arrange cover for staff absences.
Applicants must have a high level of IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
To be successful in this role you must also be an excellent communicator, highly organised, able to forward plan and have a keen eye for detail.

Housing Support Worker

Can you help someone with a mental health problem overcome barriers and maximise their independence in the community?
Using your previous experience of working in a supported housing environment you will work with individuals in HEY Mind’s houses who have experienced poor mental health. The purpose of this role is to support individuals to successfully move on from Mind Accommodation into their own homes.
You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to contribute positively to a team.
Applicants must have a full current driving licence and access to their own transport for work purposes as the role will involve travel in and around Hull and requires them to respond quickly to situations.
Hours of work may be between the hours of 8.00am until 8.00pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend, bank holiday and evening working.
