Menopaus’ull Cafes – all welcome

Navigating the journey of menopause can be hard so let’s gather around in a safe environment, drink tea and create a supportive discussion together at our Menopaus’ull Cafe!

It is so important whilst navigating our menopause journey that we can openly and safely share experiences and connect with other like-minded ladies who are discovering their own ways of coping with this transition, why not empower each other along the way!

Join the Menopaus’ull team on at cafes in November and December:

• Wednesday 20th November 12:30pm – 1:30pm at Hull University, Middleton Hall Arts Café, HU6 7RX
• Friday 6th December 12:30pm – 1:30pm at Hull Central Library, HU1 3TF
• Wednesday 11th December 2:00pm – 3:00pm at Tesco Cafe, Hall Road, Hull, HU6 7XP
