Bystander First Aid Course.

Tuesday 12th August 2025: 09:30 to 12:30

This course helps with aiding the general public in situations of needs and distress. This course will teach and advise how to give aid and reduce risk.

During this course, we will cover:

• How to react and report an incident
• Recognising the difference between cardiac arrest and a heart attack.
• How to deal with an unresponsive breathing casualty
• Moving a patient into the recovery position.
• Administering CPR
