Free Suicide Prevention Training

It’s frightening to think that 1 in 15 of us will attempt suicide at some point in our lives.

A workshop has been create to educate people on spotting the signs of someone experiencing suicidal thoughts, how to support someone in speaking about this topic and signposting people to the correct services to get support.
