Have you ever felt harassed while walking, running or exercising outdoors?

Catcalling. Offensive comments. Feeling unsafe or changing your route just to avoid being bothered. It’s more common than people think – and far too many just put up with it.

Fit Mums are working with Humberside Police to raise awareness, challenge this behaviour, and make exercising outdoors safer for everyone.

But first, they need to understand the scale of the problem.  If you’ve ever experienced harassment while being active outdoors, please take a few minutes to fill out their survey.
It’s open to everyone, not just runners or Fitmums and Friends members. Any age, any activity, any gender. If you walk, run, cycle, or move outdoors – They want to hear from you.
