From the 13th-19th of May, it’ll be Mental Health Awareness week.
We understand that there’s many people who struggle mentally & for many different reasons, so this week, the Mental Health Foundation want to help people to find movement in their daily routines. Going for a walk in your neighbourhood, putting on your favourite music and dancing around the living room, chair exercises when you’re watching television – it all counts and can make such a big difference to how you feel!
