Volunteering is an incredibly rewarding activity to do and it is a lot of fun. It helps you whilst you help out!
The Coronavirus pandemic has really shone a light on how the voluntary sector contribute as a vital component in supporting our communities. There has been, and continues to be, some fantastic ideas and opportunities to get involved with. If you have been inspired, or want to know how you can get involved then why not consider attending a workshop on An Introduction to Volunteering.
The workshop will give attendees an insight into the benefits of volunteering as well as outlining what to expect from a volunteer role, including the rights of a volunteer and how the Volunteer Centre at Hull CVS will help you to find a suitable role.
The session takes place on 16th September at 10am via Zoom.
