About the opportunity
Volunteers in this role will be playing a valuable role in providing tea, coffee and snacks to staff, patients and volunteers in one of our two tea bar locations.
The objectives are:
• To provide a space for members of the community to connect with local services
• To improve health and wellbeing in patients/staff/volunteers visiting the service
• To provide valuable admin experience for volunteers
The volunteer will help with:
• Serving tea, coffee Using a coffee machine and hot water dispenser
• Providing snacks
• General cleaning of area and equipment
• Recording inventory and general admin
• Having conversations with the general public
