Breeze cycle rides are free rides for women, led by a volunteer leader (Breeze Champion). The rides are designed to encourage women to take up, or return to, cycling
There are free women-only fortnightly on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at the Ennerdale Cycle Track. Everyone welcome. The track is particularly suitable for women getting back into cycling or for beginners. They cater for women from 16 upwards…no age limit! The next Tuesday session is on 19th Feb.
On alternate Wednesdays at the same venue there are free rides for anyone, including children. The next Wednesday session is on 27th Feb.
