The Trust Manager will be responsible for managing and developing projects which contribute to the achievement of the current Trust objectives. These include projects within local schools and communities working with Hull KR, funding partners and governing bodies.
This is a role which will demand a flexible approach, the capacity to recognise and address organisational needs, and the ability to deliver complex projects through planning and preparation, within budget and to schedule. A track record in leadership, partnership working and management of an organisation are essential.
You will need to have excellent organisational skills as well as being creative and innovative. This will be a demanding yet rewarding role and therefore the ability to work calmly under pressure is required.
This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
