Salary: £21,636 per annum
37 hours per week
Do you want to part of an exciting new project aimed at helping people experiencing mental health problems to stay in employment?
Having an understanding of the difficulties which people with mental health issues may experience at work is an essential part of this role. You will be part of an established team which supports people with mental health issues to break down barriers associated with employment. You will also be responsible for liaising with employers to help them better support their employees to remain at work.
You should have a basic knowledge and understanding of employment law and be able to offer advice and support to both employees and employers. We have a number of employment projects and this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help shape and develop these into successful services.
Applicants must have a full, current driving licence and access to their own transport for work purposes as the role requires travel around Hull and the East Riding. The post holder’s main office base will be agreed on appointment.
