Hull: Tenancy Management Assistant with HEY Mind

Based in Hull 25 hours per week

£17,372 per annum pro rata (actual £11,378)

You will be part of the Property Management team which provides tailored support to people in Mind’s accommodations.

The focus of this role within the team is to help residents maintain their tenancies.

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role but this is not essential providing you have an understanding of financial processes, some administrative experience and the ability to support people in a housing environment.

The successful applicant must be well organised and be able to communicate assertively with people at all levels.

Applicants must have a full, current driving licence and access to their own transport for work.
