1 x 37 hour posts based in Hull £19,019 per annum
- Do you want to be part of an exciting new project aimed at helping people in the community experiencing Mental Health Problems?
- Do you have first hand experience which you can use to give support, hope and independence to an individual with mental health difficulties?
Using your previous mental health experiences you will support people with a wide range of mental health conditions on a one to one basis.
You should have well developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work independently.
You will also be required to engage with Primary and Secondary Care providers to support the individual, promote our work, generate new referrals and develop partnership working.
A full current driving license and access to your own transport for work purposes is preferable but not essential as the role will involve travel in and around Hull.
