We currently have an exciting opportunity to be part of the team based in Hull to support substance misuse service users to reintegrate into the community.
Social Worker – Substance Misuse
East Riding Partnership
Full time
The successful candidate will be part of the community substance misuse team covering the East Riding in a variety of settings. You will undertake assessments, psychosocial interventions and make referrals as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be a qualified and registered Social Worker with knowledge of substances and their effects. A Practice Education qualification is desirable.
The ASYE programme is available for newly qualified Social Workers.Benefits:
