02.12.21 – Managing the Menopause webinar

Continuing on from the ‘Understanding the menopause’ webinar, we are pleased to welcome back the lovely Kay Merritt, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health, CHCP (City Health Care Partnership), who will be delivering a presentation on how women can manage their symptoms of the menopause.

The webinar will cover: lifestyle interventions, cardiovascular health, bone health, alternative and complimentary therapies and HRT. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.

The session will take place ONLINE via Zoom on Thursday 2nd December at 7pm.

This FREE webinar should last around 1 hour and booking is essential. To secure your place, please register by emailing office@nnetwork.org.uk stating what webinar you would like to attend.

The link to access the session will be emailed out the day before the webinar takes place.
