Join in with a new community group and ‘Choose Happy’

A community group has been set up for people who want to learn more about Happiness in order to make little changes to their lives and to support others on the same journey.

‘Choose Happy’ is a community group for people who want to:

1. Learn more about happiness

2. Make changes in their lives to be happier

3. Be part of a group that support each other in being happier.

The group will look at the latest research on how to be happier in fun and easy activities. Learn how to make simple changes to turn these facts in to reality in our every day lives, and we ‘walk the talk’ by forming a connected and supportive group.

Are you interested? Are you ready to Choose Happy? They will be running a two-hour taster session to see how much interest there is in a regular meeting group. This will be on Thursday 28 April, 6pm-8pm on Newland Avenue, Hull. The cost is £3. (Please note that this will be held on a first floor and can only be accessed by stairs).
