The search to locate missing Howden man Craig Farrow continues. Almost two weeks after Craig  (36) went missing from his home in Howden, we are making a further public appeal to help us find him.

Detective Inspector Paul Welton, who is leading the investigation made this renewed appeal.

“Our enquiries have confirmed the last sighting of Craig to be at 10:30am on Friday 30 June, the day he went missing.  The sighting of Craig at that time was as he left the Bargain Booze store in Market Place, Howden, turning left out of the shop carrying a bottle of Lambs Navy Rum and a bottle of Coca Cola.  As we work to piece together Craig’s movements following that sighting we’d like to appeal to anyone who may have seen him around that time in the area to get in touch with us.  Or, has anyone seen Craig using public transport or getting into  a taxi after he left the off licence that morning?

“His lack of contact with his family is of concern and we have to consider that Craig may have come to some harm somewhere, possibly in the Howden area.  We are asking local people –  such as those who walk their dogs in and around Howden, or ramblers –  to be vigilant and help us in the search for Craig.  In particular we’d like to hear from anyone coming across a discarded bottle of Lambs Navy Rum locally, or any item which they think may be relevant to our enquiries.”

Craig is described as 5ft 8 to 5ft 9 ins tall, of slim to medium build with short, straight, dark blonde hair. When last seen he was wearing a black waterproof jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and a new pair of black and white Nike Air trainers.
