31st October 2025Menopaus’ull celebrates World Menopause Month

Menopaus’ull Support Network, a project of the Neighbourhood Network and dedicated to helping women navigate their menopause journey, continues to expand its reach across Hull, East Yorkshire and beyond following the success of its latest Menopause Hull event. Held at Princes Quay as part of Menopause Awareness Month, the event attracted over 20 exhibitors and a range of expert speakers covering topics such as diet, exercise, fashion, mental health and wellbeing. The diverse audience included not only women experiencing menopause, but also family members and colleagues keen to learn how to offer support.
Attendees and exhibitors alike praised the event’s welcoming atmosphere and wealth of practical advice. One visitor from Manchester was so inspired she plans to set up a similar support network in Lancashire. Hull College tutors highlighted on social media the fantastic opportunity for students to demonstrate their skills, while exhibitors appreciated being able to connect directly with local people seeking information and guidance.
Looking ahead, plans are already underway for next year’s fifth annual Menopause Hull event, which promises to be the biggest yet, offering more services, live demonstrations and free support. With continued backing from Emma Hardy MP, the Menopaus’ull team remains committed to uniting women, families and employers to raise awareness and ensure everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive through menopause.
