KIDS is a national charity dedicated to creating an inclusive world for disabled children, young people and their families. Their work improves thousands of lives every year.
They are looking to appoint an Administrator to provide administrative support to the Hull Sleep Service and Headstart Parent Training Programme.
This will include supporting with initial enquiries, booking venues, telephone follow up, discharge letters and supporting the overall monitoring and evaluation of the service through the completion of data reports.
The successful applicant will also be required to collate and update a central database, and to implement a cataloguing system and database/spreadsheet for sleep equipment loans and to monitor returns and reorder when necessary. They will also deal with mail-outs and will need to support the Sleep Coordinator with note taking during initial home visits. The ability to work under pressure is essential and some knowledge of issues relating to disabled children and families would be preferable.
Excellent telephone and communication skills are essential, and strong organisational and IT skills are also extremely essential.
