Arrests made following burglary

Officers responded to reports of a burglary in process on Kingtree Avenue, Cottingham, at around 12:10am this morning (Wednesday 1 June).

It was reported that two males had entered a property and taken vehicle keys. A car was taken and officers, including those from the Roads Policing Unit and Dog Section, stopped the vehicle shortly after near to the Hall Road and Beverley Road junction in Hull.

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft and remain in police custody whilst investigations continue.
