This role aims to support, empower and meet the needs of young people in our locality, specifically in relation to the Black and Minority Ethnic community groups. The Warren Youth Project believes this is an especially under supported group at present and feels a project of this nature is especially prevalent in light of recent social and political events to tackle racism, oppression and injustice. This role aims to develop positive, professional relationships with minority groups and individuals and tackle issues of discrimination and inequality effectively.

Salary: £9,519.60 P/A Actual (£23,799 pro rata full time)
Fixed term contract for 12 months initially
