Making Changes for Careers Programme ( MC4C) are now in a position to recruit new participants, which is especially important as the youth employment rate is increasing at an alarming rate.
This programme has a focus on developing a young person’s skills for those who would like to set up their own business or are seeking employment, apprenticeships, further education or training. They have an experienced team, who provide training and one to one advice and support. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the team has been working hard to develop new ways of working, including video conferencing and phone calls whilst working from home.
They also have volunteer bank of mentors, who are on hand to support young people whilst on programme with everything from employment advice, business advice or if the young person just needs a casual chat
