Can you help trace stolen property and find those responsible for burglary on the Boulevard in Hull?

Humberside Police are investigating a burglary at a house on the Boulevard in Hull which happened on 13 October between 6.15pm and 10pm.  The owners were out and while the house was empty someone smashed a window and broke in.

An IPhone 5, IPad mini and two sets of car keys were stolen along with other items including bank cards which were later used to make purchases in the town.

If you have any information that would help with their enquiries please call the police on 101 quoting reference 16/48562/17.

Please remember these important crime prevention tips:

  • Make sure your doors and windows are closed and locked even when you are home.
  • Make sure nothing of value is left on show to tempt thieves into breaking into your property.
  • Never leave your keys in the lock. Thieves will smash a window and reach through to break in.
  • Take your keys up to bed with you at night, this can help prevent thieves stealing your car.
