Halloween Road Traffic Collision with a pedestrian on Annandale Road, Hull

A BOY was seriously hurt when he was hit by a car while walking after school on Halloween.

The youngster, seven, was said to have been crossing the road when the vehicle slammed into him.

Onlookers said the boy was out for trick or treating with his family on Halloween.

Emergency services attended and the youngster was rushed to hospital with a serious leg injury.

The horror unfolded around 4.30pm on 31st October on Annandale Road, Greatfield Estate.

Humberside Police said: “Officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a pedestrian on Annandale Road in Hull at around 4.30pm on 31st October.

“A seven-year-old child was taken to hospital with a serious injury to his leg.”
