Healthwatch Hull are undertaking a review of peoples experiences of the Stroke / TIA pathway. This covers the whole stroke pathway from prevention and early identification of risk, in hospital care and discharge, through to rehabilitation and community support.
This engagement is running for eight weeks, starting on Thursday 1st February 2018 and closes on Friday 30th March 2018.
They are contacting local voluntary and community organisations and groups to arrange outreach sessions to speak to stroke survivors; they will be surveying people at hospitals; and are visiting residential homes to speak to both staff & residents about stroke services and to provide an opportunity for them to take part in the discussions.
