Health & Wellbeing Parent Carer survey

Humber and north Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership would like to explore how parents and carers in Hull and east Riding understand and access emotional wellbeing and mental health support for their children and young people. This includes parents and carers who do and do not have experiences of accessing support. 
 
Completing this survey will help to inform future developments to improve access to children and young people’s emotional wellbeing and mental health support and services.
