About the Role:

As a Health and Wellbeing Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with learners aged 16+ to help them reach their full potential. You’ll provide vital support, addressing barriers to learning and promoting health, wellbeing, resilience, and healthy relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

– One-on-one and group support focused on health and wellbeing

– Collaborate with tutors to create tailored action plans

– Monitor progress and adapt support strategies

– Liaise with external agencies for comprehensive support

What they’re Looking For:

– Mental Health First Aid qualification

– Experience with young people, especially those 16+

– Strong communication and organisational skills

– Passion for supporting learners with diverse needs
