Home from Hospital – Stretch & Strengthen aerobic course

The Hull Churches Home From Hospital Service are running a 12-week light aerobic exercise course where you can pop down and visit them for a cuppa, a chat, make new friends all while getting fit!

These sessions will be running every Friday from 1pm – 2pm, at Lindsey Place, HU4 6BS.
