Hull: 16-year-old charged following Victoria Dock burglaries

A boy has been charged following reports of several attempt burglaries and burglaries on Harbour Way, Hull on Sunday 16 April which are believed to have occurred between 12.30am and 2.30am.

The 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with an attempted dwelling burglary, dwelling burglary and for obstructing a police investigation.

He has been remanded into custody to appear at Hull Magistrates Court on Tuesday 18 April.

Another two boys, aged 14 and 16 have since been bailed pending further lines of enquiry.

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with Ring Doorbell or CCTV footage from around the time the incident occurred to get in touch via their non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference number 23*3064.
